Regarding Lost & Found:

• Where to Pick Up: Items are generally returned at the Ticket Counter of Echizen Railway Fukui Station.
• Identification: Please bring a valid ID (such as a passport) to claim valuable items.
• Storage Period: Items are kept at Fukui Station for a certain period before being handed over to the police.
• Important Notes:
  • Perishables: Food and other items difficult to store may be disposed of immediately.
  • Response Time: It may take some time to confirm items lost on trains or at unstaffed stations.
  • Through Service: For items lost on direct trains to/from the Fukui Railway, they may be held at Fukui Railway stations instead.
