How to Ride
At Staffed Stations
- If you don't have an IC card, you can purchase a ticket in two ways:
- At the Ticket Counter
You can buy tickets directly from the station staff. They can also help with Discount Passes (e.g., 1-Day Pass). - At the Ticket Machine
Check the fare to your destination on the map, insert cash, and select the fare amount on the screen.
- At the Ticket Counter
- Show your ticket or tap your IC card at the ticket gate.
At Unstaffed Stations
- If you don't have an IC card, please board the train without a ticket and pay at the fare box when getting off.
If a train attendant is on board, you can purchase a ticket directly from them. - Board at the first car's front door. (Other doors will not open.)
- Please take a numbered ticket near the door.
- For IC cards, tap the reader near the door.
At Staffed Stations
- Give your ticket to the station staff or tap your IC card at the ticket gate.
At Unstaffed Stations
- Move to the front door of the first car. (Other doors will not open.)
- Put your ticket (and exact change if needed) into the fare box by the driver, or tap your IC card on the reader.
- If You Don't Have a Ticket
- If you board at an unstaffed station without a ticket, please pay at the fare box when getting off.
If a train attendant is on board, you can purchase a ticket directly from them.
